Product Spot

Another new monthly spot for us is our monthly Product Spot where we shall at random pick a product that will be of interest to the majority of our members, whereby we will compile an in-depth expose on said item/s allowing an un-biast view to be put forward on whatever the item may be, whilst at the foot of the feature we will add your comments if you already are using the product we are currently featuring..

This month we are featuring

Complete Camper

www.completecamper.co.uk

Complete Camper has been designed and indeed built on a very small budget it is based on a VW T4 Transporter van but can be applied to any sized van.  After 2 years of planning, building, tweaking, filming, editing and lots more, at last Complete Camper is finished and is ready to 'hit the road' and the DVD will be shortly following.

We are so pleased with the results that we want to spread the word about this custom designed campervan to the rest of the budding self builders out there who have considered building your own van. We believe we have built the ultimate fully equipped compact campervan, which will allow you to be completely self sufficient and ultra cosy whilst on the road.

Here you have all the perks that a small van brings with all the added facilities that a larger coach built camper offers...small but perfectly formed!

Complete Camper was originally an empty delivery van. No windows, no internal seating, no floor, nothing...Having been a camper for some 13 years, I had some understanding of how they worked and what makes living in a small space easier, and likewise what definitely doesn't.

I wanted to design something that was going to enable me to 'wild camp', to fit into spaces other larger vans couldn't get into and to not be reliant upon campsites.

All the campervans that offered these facilities that I dreamed of were, unfortunately, completely beyond my budget. So, after a lot of consideration, I decided to create a 'Complete Camper'.

The 'How to Build Your Own Complete Camper' DVD was produced by Media Production company Worldimg.
The DVD is 90 minutes long, packed with all the information you will need to build your own Complete Camper. It can be played through your TV or computer and is fully chapterised, which we hope will break it down and make the whole process easier to follow.

For example, the first chapter shows you how to create a solid, insulated floor for your van, whilst later chapters illustrate how to build furniture, install water tanks, fit windows and roof vents, build storage cupboards, even soft furnishings and a lot more! Including a full chapter on how to professionally valet your camper..
The DVD also contains 8 layout plans illustrating water, gas, electricity, dimensions and furniture set-ups.

We are very excited about the DVD and hope it will inspire you to have a go at building your own camper and show you that it can be done on a very small budget.

So anyone can enjoy the freedom of owning a Complete Camper.

The DVD will be priced at £14.99 and we aim to release it in the autumn of 09
