Right from the very beginning this website was going to be deliberately, different to the normal of a forum only concept, we wanted to provide our members with so much more a kind of club that you would find offline only online, with the same sense of friendship, and freely offered help, assistance and advice as one would expect from such groups, not only this but, we wanted to add a website, full of useful information and resources to further aid our members and guests research, this we have now competed, with the addition of a 100+ page website and auxillary features such as our Galleries, Forums, Ad-Board and ever changing Monthly Features there-in, all in all making T4 - T5 Club UK a one stop Transporter stop for all models of VW T4 and T5, work and play vehicles from around the world regularily take part in our community and features, provided totally 100% FREE...just as it should be, encapsulating all levels of ownership, we don't just pander to custom owners all are made most welcome.
T4 - T5 Club, formed in Feb 2009 as an alternative to the normal forum based websites aimed at Transporter owners, to allow likeminded VW T4 and T5 Transporter owners a friendly, sociable and happy community on which to gather to assist one another, with the day to day running, customising, and re-building often taking place up and down the country in an owners driveway most weekends, the idea to bring us altogether in one place, so as to encourage owners to D.I.Y where possible, by giving them a friendly, sociable and happy place to discuss issues, seek advice or ask for help in a way that would not begile, or berate an owner, in true VW Transporter spirit, allowing them to put as much of themselves into their VW, and so it came to pass that VW Transporter owners and enthusiasts up an down our great country were gifted a free community, to be named T4 -T5 Club UK which would be open freely top all commers from all corners of the globe with all versions of this great van, it has grown from there
